The personal data contained in the Sistemi e Telematica website is not "sensitive" data pursuant to the Privacy Consolidation Act, Italian law no. 196 of 27/06/2003 (in force as of 01/01/2004 with the exception of certain provisions), which consolidates Italian legislation on the subject (eg. law no. 675, 31/12/1996 and subsequent amendments), in consideration of case law established by the Controller and enacts EU directive 2000/58 on the confidentiality of electronic communications. As such, approval is not required to process said data.
